At the beginning of the year, Kari Luonteri joined Lanttu as a Reporting Specialist. He brings over 20 years of experience in reporting development as a developer, user, and consultant. Prior to Lanttu.io he has worked with companies such as Outotec, Nokia, and Lippupiste
In June, Taru Kyntölä joined the team as a Financial Administration Expert. With more than 20 years of experience, Taru strengthens our ability to deliver agents, automation, and reporting for finance.
🧠 Highlights from 2025 Customer Deliveries
Deliveries included supplier portal in pharma, S&OP and SCM applications, Power BI reporting, and finance admin solution
🔹Tamro: A supplier portal that digitalized product data onboarding and replaced Excel product data files. It delivered significant time savings and enhanced data quality, supporting approximately 300 users and over 10,000 products. It was implemented and validated in full compliance with pharmaceutical industry requirements.
🔹Hedengren: An SCM solution for inventory and purchasing management
🔹EBM-Papst, Saiturin Pörssi, Tampereen Sähköpalvelu: Operational reporting and financial administration solutions.
Intelligent Automation, AI, and Product Development
🤖 From AI Pilots to Production
In 2025, our AI work focused primarily on pilot projects. By the end of the year, some of these pilots had been successfully deployed into production.. We expect to be able to publish references and results in spring 2026.
The most common AI automation use cases in 2025 included
⭐ERP integration for sales orders
⭐Purchase order confirmations and supplier reminders
⭐Automation of financial postings, dimensions, and reconciliations
We are now seeing a clear shift in AI adoption. Customers are moving beyond simple AI automations and RPA replacements toward more advanced solutions. The focus of AI is now more on process orchestration, quality improvement, risk detection, and exception management.
At the same time, AI adoption remains uneven and we are currently in an AI bubble. Some cutting-edge consultant and their narratives around multi-agent “spaghetti systems” are running a few years ahead of mainstream adoption. As of the end of 2025, most organizations are still in the pilot phase, while only large global enterprises have progressed to scale their AI-deployments. Source; Mckinsey 11/2025

S&OP and SCM Product Development
The first product development phase of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions has now been completed. As 2025 comes to a close, three solutions are already live in production, with three additional deliveries agreed for spring 2026.

At the beginning of the year, Lanttu.io joined the Finnish Luotettava Kumppani, the Finnish Trusted Partner service, provided by Vastuu Group. The service enables companies to demonstrate that their financial and statutory obligations are in order, with up-to-date information easily accessible to partners.
AI Finland
In spring, Lanttu.io joined the AI Finland network, strengthening our position as a developer of AI-driven solutions in Finland. Collaboration within the network has opened new opportunities to create AI-powered value for our customers.
Software Finland Ry
At the end of the year, Lanttu.io became a member of Software Finland ry, an association supporting the international success of Finnish software companies through training, advocacy, and industry representation. The community includes more than 600 software companies working together to build a better digital world through Finnish expertise.
