Regarding master data management, we have implemented applications for managing product data, supplier data, and store data, among others. These applications have replaced solutions that have reached the end of their life cycle. Our applications feature extensive data management, maintenance processes, workflows, data quality management, automation, and integrations, as well as user-friendly and clear interfaces for end users. In terms of business applications, we have implemented:
Campaign management application: Previously, most of the client’s campaign management was handled in Excel, with no centralized campaign registry. The application digitized the entire campaign management process. Automation of processes is an integral part of this type of application; automation of campaign notifications and linking to basic data are all available in one place.
Project management and time tracking application: Previously, clients, projects, tasks, and time entries were in separate systems. This application centrally manages and monitors the entire service production from one place.
Price list management application: Previously, price calculation and price list handling were decentralized to different teams, and prices were updated manually. The application enables a centralized process and automation of calculations, such as price calculations based on defined variables and scheduled price updates and exports to different systems.
